Sometimes a box of 150 mm is just too shallow and 200 mm leaves far too much air. That is exactly where this 305 x 220 x 165 mm box comes in, on the familiar A4 footprint. Since 2007, we have been the go-to wholesaler for single wall shipping boxes, and we deliberately keep in-between heights like this in stock because they save both void fill and shipping volume. Within our range of folding boxes it is one of the most requested heights.

The board is 3 mm single wall in B-flute, the standard build for light to medium-duty shipments. Fifteen millimetres of extra height sounds like very little, but it is often the difference between a lid that closes flat and a box that bulges. A bulging box loses stacking strength and tends to move up into the next volume bracket with your carrier.

How do I choose between 150, 165 and 200 mm in height?

Measure your contents including their own packaging and add two to three centimetres for cushioning. The first height that sits above that figure is the right one to order.

Can I mix different heights on one pallet?

Yes. Every size on this footprint takes up the same floor area, so the columns line up neatly. Put the sturdiest packs at the bottom of the stack.

What if my contents turn out to be slightly too tall?

Do not force the flaps shut. A bulging box protects less well and tears sooner along the fold line. Choose a taller model instead or split the order over two shipments.
