The build is 3 mm single wall with B-flute. The 110 mm give you a little more room than a flat model without much air travelling along. That is exactly why this height often lies next to a lower box in the packing line: one format for flat orders, this one for everything that builds up a bit.

Frequently asked questions

Are the measurements internal or external?

The 305 x 220 x 110 mm are the internal dimensions. The wall thickness puts the external size a few millimetres above that on each side. Keep that in mind if the box has to fit a shelf or a crate.

Why is this height 3 mm while the flatter version is 4 mm?

Those are two choices for two applications. 3 mm is slimmer and easier to handle, 4 mm is stiffer and has more spring. Choose on the density and the fragility of what you are sending.

Which tape closes this box best?

A standard packing tape in 48 or 50 mm width is fine. Our tape range runs from quiet rolls through to versions printed with your own design.
