Anyone sending out a complete set usually runs out of height rather than floor space. The base fits, but the last few items simply will not go in. This model solves that with an internal size of 250 x 200 x 200 mm, deep enough for two or even three layers on top of each other. The 3 mm B-flute is the standard quality for light to medium-weight consignments. A single layer of flute absorbs the knocks a parcel picks up in transit, while the box itself adds almost no weight of its own. With a tall box it does matter that the contents are packed tightly, because otherwise the top layer will settle.

What is the difference between 3 mm and 4 mm single wall?

The 3 mm B-flute is the standard for light to medium contents. The 4 mm C-flute has a taller flute and therefore more spring, but it also asks for slightly more cushioning volume around the goods.

Can I stack these boxes in the warehouse?

You can, provided you stack corner on corner and do not build too high. In single wall board the load-bearing strength sits in the vertical corners, so never place a filled box in the middle of another box lid.

Will this format fit through a letterbox?

No. At 200 mm high this is a genuine parcel. For flatter consignments you are better off looking at a lower model in the same range of cardboard boxes.
