Since 2007, we have been the go-to wholesaler for single wall boxes for parcel shipping, and this size from our folding boxes range runs all year round. The internal size is 250 x 200 x 150 mm. That gives you room for a set of components, a batch of fixings or a handful of smaller articles that have to travel together. The board is a 3 mm B-flute, in other words one fluted layer between two flat liners.

Are the sizes given internal or external?

They are internal dimensions. The wall thickness makes the external size slightly larger on each side, so work with the outside figure if the box has to fit a shelf or a crate.

How full can I pack this box?

For light to medium-weight contents, 3 mm single wall board suits this format well. Do fill the box properly, because a full box carries far better than a half-empty one. A sheet of board between layers helps if you pack in two levels.

Which tape closes this box reliably?

A standard roll of 48 or 50 mm is enough. Tape the centre seam in one pass, plus the two cross seams for heavier contents. Our tape assortment has suitable rolls.
