Flat products in a box that is too tall slide around and swallow needless void fill. This almost square model of 220 x 210 x 110 mm keeps that kind of content in place: a wide base with a limited height. Since 2007, we have been the go-to wholesaler for single wall shipping cartons, and we deliberately stock these less obvious proportions alongside the standard folding boxes.

The 3 mm version

On a low model with a wide base, the bottom is the point to watch. The 3 mm B-flute keeps that bottom stiff enough for light to medium-weight contents, as long as you spread the load instead of concentrating it on one spot. If more weight goes in, or something is placed on top, look at double wall shipping boxes, where an extra flute absorbs the deflection.

Does the bottom stay flat when the box is filled?

With light to medium-weight contents it does. Spread the load across the base and avoid putting a heavy, concentrated weight in one place.

How does the 4 mm version differ?

The 4 mm C-flute has a taller, springier flute and handles hard edges and stacking pressure better. The 3 mm B-flute is intended for light to medium-weight consignments and stays thinner and cheaper.

Can I place a label across the full width?

Yes. The brown board is unprinted, so you can use the whole top panel for address labels, stickers or a stamp. A returns label fits there too without overlapping.
