Versatile single wall box 3 mm - 220 x 180 x 160 mm

This one is an all-rounder: not flat, not especially tall, but with 220 x 180 x 160 mm it holds a complete order. Two jumpers, a set of kitchen items or three to four packaged products side by side. Since 2007, we have been the go-to wholesaler for single wall folding cartons, and within our range of cardboard boxes this is one of the sizes companies adopt as their standard to keep the number of variants on the packing bench down.

Speed on the packing bench

The boxes arrive flat and go up in a single movement. In 3 mm B-flute the board stays supple enough to fold the flaps quickly, unlike heavier qualities that take more force. If you send a lot of orders a day, that shows by the end of the shift. One strip of tape across the centre seam is enough, and on a heavily filled box you tape the underside as well.

Frequently asked questions

Is this box suitable for clothing and textiles?

Very much so. Textiles are light and need no shock absorption, so 3 mm single wall is exactly enough here and the packaging weight stays low.

When should I move to a double wall box?

As soon as the contents are heavy for the size or the boxes are stacked high. Our range includes the same model as double wall shipping boxes in thicker qualities.

How many packs go on a pallet?

Seventy-two packs of 25 boxes each. Buying by the pallet lowers the price per box and cuts the number of deliveries you have to handle.
