Single wall box 220x160x130 mm A5

Lightweight single wall box 3 mm - 220 x 160 x 130 mm

What stands out about this format is how little the packaging itself weighs. Compact dimensions and a single flute keep it light, and that is exactly where the difference lies when your carrier charges by weight bracket. The internal dimensions are 220 x 160 x 130 mm in 3 mm single wall board with a B-flute. Since 2007, we have been the go-to wholesaler for cardboard boxes and we know which sizes really work day to day.

What you use this format for

• Light items with volume - cosmetics, personal care, textiles and packaged food.
• Bottles and jars - upright with padding in between.
• Single components - one part with a protective layer all round.
• Subscription boxes - a fixed selection that fills the same box every month.

Storage and stock control

The boxes arrive flat, so a pack of twenty takes up almost no shelf space. Because a pallet holds a lot of packs, you can buy a long period of stock in one go without filling up your warehouse. Store the packs lying flat and dry and they keep their stiffness until the moment you fold them up. One strip of tape across the seam is enough to close the box.

Frequently asked questions

Why does this format weigh so little?

Because of the combination of compact dimensions and a single flute. That low packaging weight feeds straight into the shipping rate of every parcel you send out.

Is single wall board strong enough for my products?

For light to medium-weight contents it certainly is. If the box has to stack several layers high on a pallet, or the contents are heavy for the size, move up to a thicker quality.

Is the board recyclable?

Yes. It is unprinted brown corrugated board without any coating, so after use the box simply goes in with the waste paper. The tape peels off easily beforehand.
