Frequently asked questions

Will this box fit through a letterbox?

No. At 85 mm high it is too tall for letterbox post. With most carriers it does fall into the cheapest parcel bracket, which adds up quickly at higher volumes.

How much void fill do I need?

Not much, as long as the product suits the size. Leave roughly two centimetres all round for a layer of paper or bubble wrap and the contents cannot shift. Suitable inserts are listed under protective and filling materials.

How are the boxes delivered?

Flat, in packs of 30, so a reserve takes up hardly any shelf space. A pallet holds 120 packs, which is useful if you ship small orders all year round.
