In the 3 mm quality this is one of the most requested square sizes. An inside measurement of 200 x 200 x 150 mm gives an almost cubic shape with some extra working height: enough to pad an item all round, or to lay two layers on top of each other. Since 2007, we have been the go-to wholesaler for folding boxes. The 3 mm B-flute is the standard quality for light to medium weight shipments and keeps the weight of the packaging itself low, which feeds straight into your carrier rate.

Three or four millimetres

For a square model of this height the thinner board is usually right. Only when the contents are heavy for the format, or have hard corners, is the move to the 4 mm C-flute worth it. If your shipment hardly weighs anything you are paying for less board. For real stacking pressure on a pallet, go straight to double wall shipping boxes.

How much weight can I put in this box?

For light to medium weight goods, single wall board of 3 mm is more than enough. If the shipment becomes heavy for its format, or goes several layers high on a pallet, choose a thicker quality.

How much storage space do these boxes need?

They arrive as flat blanks and are only folded up at the moment of packing. Until then the pack stands upright in a shelf opening and takes up hardly any room.

Can I add my own label to the box?

Yes. The board is brown and unprinted, so stickers, stamps and address labels stick without any treatment and stay easy to read.
