At 194 x 144 x 144 mm this is one of the few small formats in which a product can stay upright. Bottles, tins, aerosol cans, vases and devices with a tall housing fit standing up, with room for padding all around. Since 2007, we have been the go-to wholesaler for single wall cardboard boxes, and that is precisely why our range of folding boxes includes these specific heights as a stock item.

The width and the height are identical and the length is slightly greater. That lets you stand two narrow items side by side, or one item with padding next to it. The board is single wall at 3 mm, so the box itself stays light. Do bear in mind that a tall box with heavy, narrow contents tips over more easily than a low model - fill the space around the product properly. A sheet of board between two bottles also keeps glass from knocking against glass.

Frequently asked questions

Can I ship a glass bottle in this box?

You can, as long as the bottle does not rest against the wall and cannot topple over. Use an insert or generous padding. For heavy bottles, or several bottles per box, double wall shipping boxes are the safer choice.

Why is the box 194 mm long and not 200 mm?

The measurement follows from the way the board is cut. In practice you will not notice those six millimetres, other than that the box just fits a crate or a shelf of 200 mm.

How do I stack these boxes in the warehouse?

Stand them with the full height upwards and stack over the corners, because that is where the load-bearing strength of corrugated board sits. With several layers, a sheet in between spreads the pressure evenly.
