This is one of those sizes a packing bench reaches for without thinking. Room enough for a book with a small carton beside it, a folded garment or a set of components, and still small enough to stay in a low parcel band. The internal size is 180 mm long, 130 mm wide and 120 mm high. Since 2007, we have been the go-to wholesaler for single wall shipping cartons, and our cardboard boxes range carries above all the dimensions that get used daily.

The build is 3 mm single wall in B-flute. For contents up to a few kilos that is the standard choice: enough impact protection, no surplus board and no surplus weight. If your contents are consistently heavy for this format, double wall shipping boxes are the logical step up.

E-commerce: one to three items per shipment, with room for a packing slip and fill.

Can I manage with a single box size?

Rarely in full, but an allround format like this one covers the greater part of your shipments. Two or three sizes alongside each other work faster in practice than ten separate sizes at the bench.

How much can I put in this box?

At this format you run into the volume sooner than into the strength. Up to a few kilos of well-packed contents the box keeps its shape neatly. What matters is that the contents support the walls from inside and nothing can slide loose.

Is the box suitable as return packaging?

Yes. Seal the top with a strip the customer can cut open, and the box stays intact enough for a second trip back to your warehouse.
