Pallet boxes for Euro pallets - 5 pieces brown

Pallet boxes for Euro pallets: a complete load in one sturdy outer box

Want to ship small parts, bulk goods or loose products as a single unit on a pallet? These pallet boxes in 7 mm double wall board have an internal base of 1185 x 785 mm and are designed around the footprint of a Euro pallet (1200 x 800 mm). Since 2007, we have been the go-to wholesaler for cardboard boxes and professional packaging materials for businesses.

What do you use a pallet box for?

A pallet box acts as a large outer container that sits directly on the pallet. It lets you consolidate items that are hard to stack securely on their own, such as castings, plastic components, textiles or packaged foodstuffs. For export shipments and temporary warehouse storage, a closed box is also more practical than an open pallet wrapped in stretch film: the goods stay together, are protected from dust and knocks, and are easy to mark with shipping details or warning labels.

Frequently asked questions

Does this pallet box fit a Euro pallet exactly?

The internal base measures 1185 x 785 mm. Because of the thickness of the double wall board, the external dimensions are roughly 14 mm larger in each direction, so the box sits almost flush with the edges of a 1200 x 800 mm Euro pallet. Always place the box squarely on the pallet for the best stability.

What is the best way to secure the load?

Centre the box on the pallet and secure it with strapping or stretch film around both box and pallet so that it cannot shift in transit. Fill any empty space inside the box to stop the contents from moving.

Can pallet boxes also be used for storage?

Yes. Corrugated board is sensitive to moisture, so store the boxes in a dry area and preferably not directly on the floor. That way they keep their strength and shape for a long time.
