Boxes 800 x 600 x 400 mm – plenty of volume in one sturdy parcel

With internal dimensions of 800 x 600 x 400 mm, this box holds 192 litres. That lets you combine shipments that would otherwise be split over two or three boxes: one parcel, one label, one handling. Since 2007, we have been the go-to wholesaler for cardboard boxes, and we see this size used mostly by wholesalers, removal companies and businesses that consolidate returns or stock.

The base matches the dimensions of a half Euro pallet (800 x 600 mm). Because of the wall thickness, however, the external size is around 814 x 614 mm, so the box overhangs such a pallet by a few millimetres. With bulky, fairly light goods this is rarely an issue, but it is worth knowing when you stack.

The larger the wall panels, the sooner single wall board starts to bulge or buckle. The 7 mm BC flute keeps the side walls of this box straight, so it holds its shape and remains stackable when full.

How much weight can I pack in this box?

That depends mainly on how the weight is distributed. With a large base, the bottom is the critical point: close it with an H-seal and spread heavy contents evenly. For really heavy or point-loaded goods, we recommend triple wall boxes.

Does this box fit on a half pallet?
