Plenty of products need floor space rather than height. This box is made for exactly those goods: a generous 700 x 500 mm base with an internal height of 300 mm, which works out at around 105 litres. The 7 mm BC flute gives the base and walls the rigidity that such a large surface needs. Since 2007, we have been the go-to wholesaler for cardboard boxes, and we supply this size in packs of 15, delivered flat so it takes up very little warehouse space.
Textiles and home accessories: cushions, throws and lampshades lie comfortably, with little need for void fill.
Store replenishment: wholesalers and distribution centres use it to restock shelves; the low height keeps a full box easy to handle.
Parts in layers: components or products in trays stack neatly without the top layer sagging.
Need the same footprint with more height? The 700 x 500 x 500 mm box is the natural neighbouring size. Choosing this lower model means shipping less air and using less packing material.

The internal dimensions of 700 x 500 x 300 mm give roughly 105 litres. With 7 mm walls, the external size is about 714 x 514 x 314 mm, which is useful when calculating carrier rates.
Yes. The double wall board makes filled boxes stack well, especially when the contents fill the box completely and the boxes are placed squarely on top of each other. For heavy contents, we recommend taping the base twice.
Double wall is the better choice for large surfaces, heavier contents or shipments that are handled several times. For light products, a single wall box may be sufficient.
