How do I assemble this box quickly and securely?

Unfold the flat box, close the short bottom flaps first and then the long ones, and tape the bottom with an H-seal. After filling, close the top in the same way – a stable box in just a few steps.

Can I order this box by the pallet?

Yes. A pallet consists of 13 packs of 15 pieces, 195 boxes in total – worthwhile if you regularly need this size for shipping or storage.
