When should I switch to a pallet box?

As soon as you use more than two or three of these boxes per shipment, or when the contents become too heavy to lift. Our pallet boxes then sit directly on the pallet and are moved with a pallet truck.

How do I seal a box of this size properly?

Tape the base in an H pattern: the centre seam plus the two cross seams. Use 48 or 50 mm wide tape and work with a tape dispenser; loose strips rarely keep a 650 mm seam tight.

Do the boxes keep their shape in long-term storage?

Yes, provided you store them dry and on a pallet or racking. Cardboard absorbs moisture from the floor and loses stacking strength as a result; never place boxes of this size directly on a concrete floor.
