With over 132 litres of internal volume and a width of almost 50 centimetres, this box is made for shipments that genuinely need space. Think of small household appliances in their original packaging, computer cases or several product boxes that you want to send together as a single parcel. Since 2007, we have been the go-to wholesaler for professional packaging, and we know a large box only works if its walls are strong enough. That is why this box is made from 7 mm double wall board, so it keeps its shape even when well filled.

Use as an outer carton and shipping box

Outer or master carton: consolidate several packed products into one sturdy shipment and save on separate parcels.
Equipment and electronics: printers, desktop cases and peripherals, with room all round for protective cushioning.

The wide 638 x 488 mm base gives the box a low centre of gravity and a stable stance on a pallet or trolley. Seal it with strong packaging tape and use an H-seal on the bottom for heavier contents.

How many boxes do I receive per pack and per pallet?

This box is supplied in packs of 10. A pallet consists of 15 packs, so 150 boxes in total.

How much room is left for void fill?

That depends on your product. For example, a product or product carton measuring 580 x 430 x 370 mm leaves about 3 centimetres all round in this box – enough for a cushioning layer that absorbs shocks.

When should I choose triple wall instead of double wall?

For most shipments, double wall offers ample protection. If you ship very heavy, industrial or particularly fragile goods, for instance for long-distance export, take a look at our triple wall shipping boxes as well.
