This box has the same base as a plastic Euro container, but in corrugated board and without a deposit or return flow. At 600 x 400 x 300 mm you get 72 litres – enough to fit a full batch of working stock or a complete order in one unit. Since 2007, we have been the go-to wholesaler supplying warehouses with cardboard boxes, and this is one of the sizes that most often features in a fixed pallet build.

Where this size does its job

Internal logistics: order picking, semi-finished products between departments, seasonal stock.
Shipping multiple items: one box instead of three smaller parcels.
Returns and exchanges: a box sturdy enough for a second journey.

Construction and strength

The board is double wall, 7 mm thick, made up of a B flute and a C flute. That combination provides both puncture resistance and stacking strength. The latter counts for a lot here, because with four boxes per pallet layer and several layers on top of each other, the bottom row carries the weight of everything above it. A single wall shipping box of this size falls short on fully loaded pallets.

Can I use this box instead of a plastic crate?

For one-way or outbound flows, certainly. You save on return logistics and the board goes into paper recycling after use. For internal circulation that has to last for years, plastic remains more practical.

How high can I stack these boxes?

That depends on the weight of the contents and on how long the pallet stands. Under prolonged load and high humidity, board loses stacking strength. With heavy contents or longer storage, a tier sheet every couple of layers is a sensible addition.

What is the difference from the 350 mm tall version?

Only the height, and with it the capacity: 72 compared with 84 litres. The base and board quality are the same, so you can combine both sizes within the same pallet build.
