Double wall cardboard boxes - 600 x 400 x 200mm

Flat 600 x 400 x 200 mm double wall box

Since 2007, we have been the go-to wholesaler for corrugated packaging, and a box with a large base and limited height proves surprisingly versatile in practice. This box measures 600 x 400 x 200 mm inside and offers 48 litres of space. The 60 x 40 cm base matches the common 600 x 400 module used for warehouse bins and crates, so you can transfer products across with ease. Thanks to the double wall board (7 mm), the wide base stays flat even when you lift the filled box.

What can you use this box for?

Flat and wide products: picture frames, signs, tile samples and displays.
Textiles and clothing: folded garments and linen lie neatly side by side in one or two layers.
Sets and kits: several components laid out side by side instead of on top of each other.
Warehouse and production: as a complement to bins in the 600 x 400 module.

Frequently asked questions

What are the external dimensions of the 600 x 400 x 200 mm box?

How do I stop the base sagging under heavy contents?

Spread the weight evenly over the whole base and tape the bottom in an H pattern: along the centre seam and both edges, using strong packaging tape.
