The external dimensions of this double wall box come to roughly 604 x 404 x 294 mm, so it fits neatly into logistics systems built around that module. Yes, for pallets, shelves and roll cages laid out on this module it is a logical choice. Bear in mind that the external size is about 604 x 404 mm, so it will not quite fit inside a crate with internal dimensions of exactly 600 x 400 mm.

How many boxes do I receive with a pallet order?

A pallet consists of 6 packs of 15 pieces, which comes to 90 boxes in total – convenient if this size is a fixed part of your shipping process.

What is the best way to seal the box for heavier contents?

Tape the bottom with an H-seal: one strip along the centre seam and one across each short edge. Spread the weight evenly and fill any empty space so the contents cannot shift.
