Double wall cardboard boxes - 590 x 390 x 230mm

Spacious double wall box for bulky goods: 590 x 390 x 230 mm

Some products are not so much heavy as large: duvets, soft toys, foam components, coats or an assortment of packaged items. For shipments like these, volume is what counts – and this box has plenty of it. Internal dimensions of 590 x 390 x 230 mm give you almost 53 litres of space. Since 2007, we have been the go-to wholesaler for cardboard boxes, and we often recommend this size to businesses whose products contain a lot of air.

The 7 mm BC double wall keeps such a large box rigid and square, even when it sits beneath other parcels in a lorry or roll cage. The boxes are delivered flat, in packs of 15.

Suitable applications

Toys and sporting goods: large, lightweight products that will not fit in a smaller box.

Frequently asked questions

How heavy can I fill this box?

That depends on how the contents are distributed, but the rule of thumb is: large volume, limited weight. Heavy items such as books or metal parts are better spread over smaller boxes. If everything has to go in one large box, triple wall shipping boxes are the stronger choice.

What are the external dimensions?

Allow about 14 mm extra in each direction, so roughly 604 x 404 x 244 mm. Use these outside measurements to check that the box fits your racking, cupboard or vehicle.

Is this box suitable for moving house?

Definitely, especially for light, bulky items such as bedding, clothing and cushions. Handy extras such as marker pens and tape dispensers can be found among our moving accessories.
