Some products are not heavy, just big. For those shipments, this cube-shaped box in 7 mm double wall board is ideal: with internal dimensions of 500 x 500 x 500 mm, it offers 125 litres of space. Because all sides are the same length, it makes no difference which way up you place or stack it. Since 2007, we have been the go-to wholesaler for double wall boxes, and we supply this size in packs of 15.

What are the external dimensions?

500 x 500 x 500 mm are the internal dimensions. Due to the wall thickness, the external size is about 14 mm larger in each direction, so approximately 514 x 514 x 514 mm. Check this when shipping with a parcel carrier, as large parcels sometimes fall into a different rate band.

How heavy can I fill the box?

The box is intended for bulky, relatively light goods. Keep the weight at a level one person can lift safely, and fill any empty space so the sides do not buckle when stacked.

How do I seal such a large box properly?

Tape the centre seam on the top and bottom, then tape the side seams to form an H shape. For heavier contents, an extra layer of tape reinforces the bottom.
