Length, width and height are close to one another, so the contents are easy to distribute and the weight does not end up on one side. The double wall corrugated board (BC flute, 7 mm) provides the strength heavier shipments need.

Is this box suitable for heavy products?

Yes, the double wall makes the box considerably stronger than a single wall version. Do fill it well so the walls are supported, and seal the base and top with strong packaging tape. Exactly how heavy you can load it depends on the type of contents and how it is transported.

What size is the box on the outside?

Allow roughly 14 mm extra in each direction compared with the internal size, so approximately 514 x 414 x 314 mm.

Can I order this box by the pallet?

Yes. A full pallet holds 20 packs of 15, making 300 boxes in total. Worth considering if you use this size on a regular basis.
