Double wall cardboard boxes - 500 x 350 x 200mm

Compact size, strong walls: double wall box 500 x 350 x 200 mm

Small boxes often have a hard time: they are packed with compact but heavy products and end up underneath larger parcels in transit. That is why this 500 x 350 x 200 mm box (around 35 litres) is made from 7 mm double wall board. Since 2007, we have been the go-to wholesaler for shipping boxes, and we supply this size in packs of 15, delivered flat.

What to use this box for

Books and documents: A4 paper lies flat with room for two stacks side by side – ideal for archives, printed matter or catalogues.
Heavier webshop orders: kitchenware, small appliances or bottles in dividers.
Technical parts: fixings, tools and spare parts that need a sturdy base.

Do you mainly ship light items of this size? A single wall shipping box may be enough. For anything heavy or fragile, double wall board gives you that extra margin.

Frequently asked questions

Does A4 paper fit in this box?

Yes. An A4 sheet measures 297 x 210 mm. Two stacks fit side by side along the 500 mm length (2 x 210 = 420 mm), and the 350 mm width accommodates the 297 mm. With an internal height of 200 mm, you can stack a good amount of paper in one box.

Why double wall for a relatively small box?

Small boxes are often loaded heavily, for example with books or parts, and end up under larger parcels on the sorting line. Double wall board prevents the box from collapsing or the base from giving way.

Which external size should I give the carrier?

Work with approximately 514 x 364 x 214 mm. Because of the thickness of the double wall board, the external size is about 14 mm larger than the internal size in each direction.
