Not everything fits neatly into a box with a square base. For items that are just a little longer, this 500 x 300 x 300 mm box is the answer: 50 cm in length with a square 30 x 30 cm cross-section and 45 litres of internal space in total. Since 2007, we have been the go-to wholesaler for cardboard boxes, and we know that a box matching the shape of the product means less void fill and less shipping volume. The 7 mm double wall board (BC flute) keeps the box rigid along its full length.

Which products is this size designed for?

Small household appliances: hand blenders, blenders and food processors in their own packaging.
Tools and parts: tool cases, short spirit levels and longer spare parts.
Rolled materials: posters, fabrics or rolls of packaging material up to just under 50 cm wide.

Thanks to the square end panels, you can use the box lying down or standing upright. If the box must stay one way up, mark it with warning labels such as 'This way up'.

Frequently asked questions

How long can a product be to fit in this box?

The internal length is 500 mm. Allow some space for void fill at the ends; a product up to around 480 mm long can usually be packed in it with good protection.

Can I also ship the box upright?

Yes. Thanks to the square cross-section, the box stands stable on its end. Seal the base and lid securely with packaging tape and indicate the correct orientation with a label.

How many boxes does a full pallet hold?

A pallet consists of 16 packs of 15 boxes, 240 boxes in total.
