How do I separate different items in one box?

Place the heaviest item at the bottom, a flat cardboard divider sheet above it and the lighter or fragile part on top. That way, weight never rests directly on anything breakable.

Is consolidating always cheaper?

Usually, up to the point where the weight or volume falls into a higher rate band. Check this once with your own carrier; with this size you will normally stay within the standard parcel band.

Can I reuse these boxes after delivery?

Usually a few times, as long as the corners and flaps remain intact. Once a corner has been crushed, the box loses part of its stacking strength and is better used for light contents.
