Low, wide double wall box: 420 x 310 x 180 mm

Since 2007, we have been the go-to wholesaler for cardboard boxes for businesses that ship safely every day. This box, with internal dimensions of 420 x 310 x 180 mm, is relatively low and wide. That is exactly what makes it suitable for compact but heavy products: the weight sits low and is spread across a large base. With just over 23 litres of internal volume and 7 mm double wall board, the box keeps its shape even under load.

Applications for a low, wide format

Documents and archives: within the 420 mm length, two A4 sheets (210 mm wide) fit exactly side by side; with thick binders, however, the fit is tight.
Books and printed matter: catalogues, manuals and brochures lie flat and hardly shift.
Parts and tools: metal components, fasteners or hand tools get sturdy outer packaging.
E-commerce shipments: a tidy parcel size without unnecessary air.

Mainly shipping light items? Then single wall shipping boxes are often sufficient.

Frequently asked questions

Why double wall for a relatively compact box?

Compact boxes are often filled with heavy products such as paper, books or metal parts. The 7 mm double wall board stops the box from bulging or tearing and keeps it stackable.

Will A4 documents fit in this box?

Yes. An A4 sheet measures 210 x 297 mm. Two sheets side by side are 420 mm wide and 297 mm deep in total, fitting precisely within the internal size of 420 x 310 mm. With thick folders or lever arch files, the fit will be tight.

How should I store the boxes until use?

The boxes are supplied flat. Store them lying down in a dry place so the board stays flat and strong until you assemble them.
