Not every product belongs in a tall box. Tools, electronics and flat components are safest lying side by side on a generous base, and that is exactly what this 400 x 270 x 200 mm box offers. Since 2007, we have been the go-to wholesaler for double wall shipping boxes, and we know that a low box often saves time and void fill in practice.

At 400 mm long and 200 mm high, this is a low, elongated box with a capacity of 21.6 litres. Because the contents are not stacked as high, the bottom layers are under less pressure. The walls are made of 7 mm corrugated board with a BC flute, in an American-style folding box design (FEFCO 0201). You will find other proportions among our double wall boxes.

Applications in practice

Tools and measuring instruments: hand tools or an instrument case lie flat without tipping over.
Electronics and accessories: devices in their own packaging sit side by side instead of on top of each other.
Components in a single layer: installers and technical wholesalers pack kits so the recipient can see everything at a glance.
Fragile flat items: tiles, picture frames or glass panels with sufficient void fill. A "Fragile" warning label alerts the carrier.

When should I choose a low box instead of a cube?

When your product needs to lie flat, or when you want to pack several items in a single layer. A low box prevents items from pressing on each other and limits the empty space you would otherwise have to fill.

What if my product is even heavier or more fragile?

The 7 mm double wall is suitable for most heavy shipments. For exceptionally heavy or valuable contents, our triple wall shipping boxes offer even more strength.

How many boxes are in a pallet order?

A pallet consists of 15 packs of 30, making 450 boxes in total. Convenient if you use this size regularly in your warehouse or web shop.
