Double wall cardboard boxes - 390 x 290 x 180mm

Cardboard box 390 x 290 x 180 mm: great value in packs of 100

Do you send out parcels every day? Then you want a box that is sturdy, quick to prepare and always in stock in large numbers. This regular slotted container (FEFCO 0201) in 7 mm double wall board has internal dimensions of 390 x 290 x 180 mm and comes in packs of 100. Since 2007, we have been the go-to wholesaler for double wall shipping boxes for webshops, wholesalers and manufacturers.

A practical parcel size

With a relatively low height of 180 mm, the box suits flat and medium-sized shipments: clothing, shoes, components or a stack of A4 documents, which lie flat on the base with room to spare. Less empty space means less void fill and a more compact parcel. For light products, single wall boxes are sometimes enough; with double wall, your shipment arrives undamaged even with heavier contents or rough handling at the sorting centre.

Frequently asked questions

Does A4 fit flat in this box?

Yes. An A4 sheet measures 297 x 210 mm and fits comfortably on the 390 x 290 mm base. This lets you ship documents, brochures or folders lying flat and unfolded.

What is the capacity in litres?

390 x 290 x 180 mm works out at about 20.4 litres. The modest height keeps the parcel compact, which helps with carrier rates based on dimensions.

Why are the boxes packed in hundreds?

For businesses that use this size often, a larger pack is more efficient: you order less frequently and always have stock to hand. Because the boxes are supplied flat, 100 of them take up relatively little space.
