This double wall box measuring 390 x 290 x 130 mm inside has a broad base and a modest height, so your product lies securely and you need less void fill. What is the advantage of a low box?

The more closely the box matches the shape of your product, the less void fill you need and the less the contents can move. Carriers also often take a parcel's volume into account, so a box without unnecessary height can work out cheaper.

Will an A4 lever arch file fit in this box?

A standard A4 lever arch file will usually lie flat inside, although the margin in width is tight. Loose A4 documents or a folder have plenty of room: 93 mm is left in length, enough for sturdy corner protectors. If in doubt, measure your file first.

How do I ship fragile flat products safely?

Place padding beneath and on top of the product, fill the sides so nothing can shift, and mark the box with warning labels such as 'Fragile' or 'This way up'.
