This is it: 370 x 270 x 200 mm offers enough base area to lay two or three items side by side and enough height for a second layer on top. A standard box only works if it can cope with mixed contents. A combined order often puts something heavy next to something fragile, and that is exactly the kind of load under which thinner board bends. Frequently asked questions

What if the box isn't completely full?

Fill the remaining space until the contents can no longer move. A box that is too roomy arrives in worse condition than one that is just full: empty space is the biggest risk in transit.

Can I use this as the only box on my packing line?

For a large share of orders, yes, but it pays to keep one smaller and one larger size alongside it. Otherwise you pay for volume on shipments that would actually fit a smaller box.

How much weight can this box take?

For an evenly filled box, twenty kilos is no problem for double wall board. The limit usually lies with the maximum your carrier accepts per parcel.
