Double wall cardboard boxes - 350 x 350 x 350mm

Spacious double wall cube box for bulky products

Some products mainly take up space without being particularly heavy. This cube-shaped box of 350 x 350 x 350 mm is made for exactly those shipments. Since 2007, we have been the go-to wholesaler for sturdy packaging, and we often see this size used by businesses that want to ship large, lighter items safely.

Compared with the 300 x 300 x 300 mm box, each side is 50 mm longer. That may not sound like much, but it takes the capacity from 27 to almost 43 litres. The walls of 7 mm corrugated board with a double BC flute keep the box in shape, even when it sits between other consignments in a full roll cage or lorry. You will find this model among our folding boxes.

Typical applications

Textiles and home accessories: cushions, throws, lampshades and decorations need volume rather than extreme load capacity.
Kitchen and catering supplies: pans, bowls and tableware in their own packaging fit in together with void fill.
Toys and sports goods: irregular shapes get plenty of space all round.
Moving and clearing out: for lighter items from kitchen cupboards or the attic, the cube remains easy to lift. You will find useful extras among our moving accessories.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference from the 300 mm cube box?

Each side is 50 mm longer, which increases the capacity from 27 litres to almost 43 litres (42.9 litres). Choose the 350 mm box if your product just doesn't fit into the smaller cube, or if you want to use more void fill around it.

Can I fill this box entirely with heavy items?

The double wall is strong, but with a cube of this size the total weight rises quickly and the box becomes hard to lift. Combine heavy and light items, or choose a smaller box if you are shipping books or tins, for example.

What is the best way to seal this box?

Use strong packaging tape and tape both the centre seam and the edges of the top and bottom (H-seal). For heavier contents, an extra strip across the base adds even more security.
