With internal dimensions of 350 x 230 x 260 mm, this box has a handy rectangular shape that is easy to lift and leaves little empty space. Since 2007, we have been the go-to wholesaler for cardboard boxes and shipping supplies, and we recommend this size to anyone sending paper, documents or smaller product sets.

Paper is heavier than it looks: a stack of catalogues or brochures puts a lot of pressure on the base and walls. That is why this box is made from 7 mm corrugated board with a double BC flute, constructed as an American-style folding box (FEFCO 0201). It holds 20.9 litres, and the external dimensions come to roughly 364 x 244 x 274 mm.

What you can use this box for

A4 printed matter: 297 x 210 mm sheets lie flat on the base, with a little room on both the long and short sides to secure the stack.
Archives and administration: files and loose documents go into storage neatly stacked, labelled on the end panel.
Gift and product sets: cosmetics, personal care products or small household appliances in their own packaging.
Returns and spare parts: a fixed size for returning smaller items makes packing predictable. For light products with no stacking load, a single wall box may be enough; once there is weight involved, double wall is the safe choice.

Does A4 paper fit in this box?

Yes. A4 sheets (297 x 210 mm) lie flat on the 350 x 230 mm base. A4 will not fit standing upright, as the internal height is 260 mm. Up to that height, you can stack paper, brochures or files flat.

Why use double wall for printed matter?

A full box of paper quickly weighs more than you expect. Single wall board can bulge under that weight or give way when stacked. The double BC flute keeps the box in shape, so the corners and edges of your printed matter arrive undamaged.

How do I properly seal a heavy box of paper?

Tape the base with an H-seal, ideally using wide packaging tape. Fill the box to the top so the contents cannot shift and the top flaps stay flat.
