Cardboard boxes 325 x 240 x 250 mm – generously sized, still easy to handle

At this size you move into the category that fits a typical appliance: a coffee maker, a robot vacuum cleaner, a set of pans or a complete mixed order. At 325 x 240 x 250 mm there is room all round for protection, without the box becoming awkward to lift. For fragile products the rule of thumb is simple: leave a few centimetres on every side for void fill. This size gives you that space, and the 7 mm double wall board absorbs whatever the void fill lets through. Two fluted layers between three flat liners provide considerably more impact resistance and stacking strength than a single wall shipping box with the same external dimensions.

How much void fill do I need at this size?

Allow for a layer of two to three centimetres around the product. If there is still a lot of empty space after that, a smaller size from the same range is usually cheaper to ship.

Can I use this box for a service shipment that comes back?

Yes. In practice, double wall board survives several journeys, as long as the corners and flaps remain intact. Once a corner has been crushed, the box loses part of its stacking strength.

Is delivery on Euro pallets?

Yes, when you order by the pallet, we deliver 40 packs on a Euro pallet, ready to be moved with a pallet truck.
