Cardboard boxes 310 x 220 x 300 mm – tall model for upright products

This box is taller than it is wide. That may sound impractical, but for products that have to stay upright it is exactly the right shape: vases, bottles in a carrier, a standing fan, rolled materials or a stack of boxes that has to go in a single shipment. Since 2007, we have been the go-to wholesaler where companies can find double wall shipping boxes in every common height.

A tall model places demands on the board. At 300 mm high the side panel is at its largest and the 7 mm double wall contributes the most: the wall stays flat, the flaps line up and the box does not tip over by itself when lifted. For comparable strength in single wall, you would have to settle for a smaller size.

Applications

Upright products: anything that has to be shipped standing up.
Tall orders: three or four layers of small items on top of each other, or smaller cardboard boxes as inner packaging.
Rolled materials: mats, film on a roll or textiles in a tube.

Frequently asked questions

Won't such a tall box topple over easily?

With a filled base, the box stands steady. Put the heaviest part of the contents at the bottom; that keeps the centre of gravity low and stops the box tipping over on the conveyor.

Can I put a "this way up" sticker on it?

With this size, that is a good idea. The board is unprinted brown, so any sticker or stamp stands out well and remains legible from a distance.

How many boxes are on a pallet?

A pallet holds 52 packs of 10 boxes. Because the boxes are supplied flat, a lot fits on a pallet despite their height.
