Cardboard boxes 310 x 220 x 150 mm – the workhorse for daily orders

In many warehouses this is the size that sits next to the packing bench and gets picked without a second thought. 310 x 220 x 150 mm is big enough for an average webshop order with void fill, and small enough to put on the scales with one hand. Since 2007, we have been the go-to wholesaler for double wall shipping boxes, and we see this size on the standard list of almost every customer.

The difference from an ordinary single wall box lies in the wall. Seven millimetres of double wall board does not bend under contents that are heavy for their size, such as tools, parts or bottles. So you do not have to switch to a larger model just because the box would otherwise go limp.

That depends on your order flow, but customers who ship daily usually keep at least two weeks' stock. With packs of 15 you can build that up easily without losing much warehouse space.

Is this box suitable for international shipments?

Yes. Especially with longer transport chains and several transhipment points, double wall is the difference between an intact and a dented delivery.
