Cardboard boxes 310 x 220 x 120 mm – just those two extra centimetres

Sometimes an order just will not fit in a flat box: the product itself is low, but with a layer of air cushion film underneath and on top you are two centimetres short. That is what this size is for. The same 310 x 220 mm footprint as the flat version, but 120 mm high. Since 2007, we have been the go-to wholesaler supplying double wall shipping boxes every day to companies that want to keep their packaging sizes tight.

7 mm double wall board

BC flute combines a coarser and a finer fluted layer. The result is a wall that absorbs knocks and at the same time withstands stacking pressure, whereas single wall shipping boxes are adequate for light contents. With a box of this size, you notice it most when three more shipments are stacked on top of it in the delivery van.

Why choose 120 mm rather than 100 mm?

Those two centimetres give room for protective material below and above the product. If you pack fragile items, that is usually the difference between an intact delivery and a damage claim.

How many boxes go on a pallet?

A pallet holds 48 packs, so 720 individual boxes. When ordering by the pallet, we deliver on a Euro pallet.

Can the flaps stay open while filling?

Yes. Thanks to the thickness of the double wall, the top flaps stay upright, which helps when packing with both hands.
