This box is designed around the A4 format (210 x 297 mm), but upright: with an internal height of 300 mm, A4 sheets stand on end, with the short side along the 220 mm width. That way you can archive and ship documents, brochures and stapled files without them bending. Since 2007, we have been the go-to wholesaler for double wall boxes, including compact sizes like this one.

If you prefer to stack paper flat, the lower A4 version of 305 x 220 x 250 mm is more convenient. This taller version is also practical for slim, tall products such as aerosol cans, jars and candles that need to stay upright.

The boxes are delivered flat and quick to assemble. A single strip of packaging tape over the centre seam is enough to close them; with heavy contents, tape the short seams as well.

Frequently asked questions

Do A4 sheets fit upright in this box?

Yes. An A4 sheet is 297 mm tall and 210 mm wide; the internal size is 300 mm high and 220 mm wide, leaving just enough clearance. Folders and lever arch files are usually larger than the sheet itself and therefore often do not fit.

Why double wall for a relatively small box?

Because paper and many products of this size are heavy for their volume. A full box of documents puts considerable load on the base and walls; the 7 mm double wall keeps the box in shape and stackable, even in an archive.

Can I add my own labels or stamps?

Certainly. The board is plain brown, so address labels, archive codes or warning labels are easy to apply.
