A box with three equal sides of 300 mm spreads the weight of its contents evenly across the base and walls. That makes this double wall cardboard box the right choice whenever you ship or store products that are compact but heavy. Since 2007, we have been the go-to wholesaler for cardboard boxes and packaging supplies for businesses, and this size is a staple in many warehouses.

The box is an American-style folding box (FEFCO 0201) made from 7 mm corrugated board with a BC flute. The internal dimensions are 300 x 300 x 300 mm, giving a capacity of 27 litres; on the outside, allow roughly 314 mm per side. Where this cube really performs

Spare parts and fasteners: bolts, fittings and small machine parts stay neatly together without the box bulging.
Tins and cans: paint, adhesive or sealant in tins stands securely side by side and on top of each other. If the contents must stay upright, mark the box with a warning label.
Mixed repeat orders: small orders with different items are quick to pack, because the box offers the same space in every direction.

Yes. The 7 mm double wall is designed for heavier contents than a single wall box. The load that makes sense depends on the product, how the box is sealed and how high it is stacked. Fill the box completely so the walls cannot buckle inwards, and seal the base and top with an H-seal of strong packaging tape.
