These ties handle roughly -40 °C to +85 °C and resist many oils and solvents, so they suit a wide range of uses at home and in the workshop.

How do I finish the tail neatly?

Tighten the tie and cut the excess band flush with the head, ideally with a flush cutter. That avoids sharp edges sticking out.

Can I reopen this cable tie after closing it?

No, this is a self-locking, single-use tie. If you need to open and close them regularly, choose our reusable cable ties.
