Self-adhesive packing list envelopes are used to send shipping documents along neatly and protected, including for:

• attaching customs and transport documents (CMR) to pallets;
• clearly enclosing return and warranty documents;
• displaying invoices and shipping labels visibly on the outside;
• protecting important papers against moisture and dirt during transport;

In practice they are common in production and shipping departments, export and international trade, and logistics and fulfilment.

How do you use a packing list envelope?

Insert the packing list or invoice into the pouch, remove the protective backing and stick the envelope onto a clean, flat part of the box or pallet. Thanks to the strong self-adhesive edge, the envelope bonds to cardboard, plastic and most other surfaces and will not come loose in transit.

Where is the best place to stick a packing list envelope?

On a clean, flat and dry part of the outside of the box or pallet, where the recipient sees the documents immediately. Avoid seams, tape and dirty or wet surfaces for the best adhesion.

Are there also sustainable packing list envelopes?

Yes, in addition to the standard version there is a variant of over 60% recycled material and a 100% paper, plastic-free version that can be recycled with the waste paper.

Can I reuse the envelope?

The envelopes are self-adhesive and intended for single use; once pressed down they bond permanently. You can, however, remove the documents themselves.
