How do you use a documents-enclosed pouch?

Use is simple: slide the documents into the envelope, peel off the protective strip and press the self-adhesive envelope firmly onto a clean, flat surface. The envelopes adhere to almost any shipping packaging, from cardboard to plastic and wood, and stay in place all the way to the recipient.

Can I reuse the envelope?

The envelopes are self-adhesive and intended for single use; once pressed down they bond permanently. You can, however, remove the documents themselves.

Which surfaces do the envelopes adhere to?

The self-adhesive edge bonds to almost any shipping packaging: cardboard, plastic, wood and smooth film. A clean, dry surface is important for lasting adhesion.

Where is the best place to stick a packing list envelope?

On a clean, flat and dry part of the outside of the box or pallet, where the recipient sees the documents immediately. Avoid seams, tape and dirty or wet surfaces for the best adhesion.
