This foam foil, 155 cm wide and 2 mm thick, protects fragile and breakable products during transport and storage. The soft, flexible PE foam absorbs impacts, scratches and vibrations and is fully plasticizer-free, so it leaves no marks even on lacquered and high-gloss surfaces. Supplied on a roll of 250 metres (1 roll per pack).

How do you use foam foil?

Unroll the desired length and cut or tear the foam to size. Wrap the product in one or more layers of foam foil, or place sheets in between as an interlayer when stacking. Thanks to its light weight it barely increases shipping costs, while keeping the product well protected. For larger volumes, a dispenser stand is the quickest option.

Plasticizer-free means the foam contains no plasticizers that can migrate into the product. As a result, the foam foil leaves no stains, imprints or discolouration, even on lacquered or high-gloss surfaces.

Is foam foil lightweight?

Yes, PE foam is very light, so it protects your products without noticeably increasing shipping costs; it is also odourless and dust-free.

Does foam foil not damage sensitive surfaces?

No, the soft, plasticizer-free PE foam is clean and gentle and actually protects sensitive and high-gloss surfaces without causing scratches or imprints.
