Does this box fit a half Euro pallet exactly?

The internal size is 788 x 588 mm and the external size is approximately 802 x 602 mm. The box therefore lines up almost perfectly with a half Euro pallet of 800 x 600 mm, with at most a few millimetres of overhang.

How much will this box hold?

The internal volume is just over 267 litres (788 x 588 x 577 mm). With heavy contents, keep in mind the total weight that you or your carrier can still handle safely.

How do I seal such a large box securely?

Ideally use tape at least 50 mm wide and apply an H-seal: one strip along the centre seam and one across each end. For heavy contents, you can secure the box further with strapping.
