This double wall box has internal dimensions of 250 x 180 x 140 mm, giving a capacity of 6.3 litres. The format offers a little more room than the compact 200 mm boxes, leaving space around your product for protective void fill. Since 2007, we have been the go-to wholesaler for packaging, and we supply this folding box in handy packs of 20.

What does this box suit?

An A5 item (148 x 210 mm) lies flat on the base with a good 3 cm of clearance in both directions. That makes the box suitable for notebooks, diaries and brochures, as well as gift sets, personal care products, small kitchen appliances or a compact board game. Wrap fragile items and secure them with void fill; a warning label such as 'Fragile' or 'This way up' alerts the carrier. The 7 mm BC flute absorbs shocks and keeps the box in shape, even when it ends up at the bottom of a stack.

Will an A5 book or diary fit in this box?

Yes. A5 measures 148 x 210 mm, so it lies flat on the 250 x 180 mm base with about 40 mm of clearance lengthways and 32 mm widthways for padding. You have 140 mm of height, enough for a decent stack.

What are the external dimensions?

The external size is approximately 264 x 194 x 154 mm, as each double wall panel is around 7 mm thick. This is usually the size parcel carriers base their rates on.

Can I order by the pallet?

Certainly. A pallet holds 66 packs of 20 boxes. For smaller quantities, simply order per pack of 20.
