The black bundling strap of 200 mm long and 4.8 mm wide bundles cabling and conduits quickly and neatly. With a tensile strength of 22.2 kg and a bundle diameter up to 46 mm, this is a versatile size for everyday use. The closed expansion-anchor foot fully encloses the anchor and thus offers extra grip in the drilled hole, even under vibration. The package contains 100 pieces.

How do you fasten a cable tie?

The closure works on a ratchet principle: the toothed end slides through the head and clicks into place tooth by tooth, without slipping back. Hand-tightening is enough for most jobs; for larger quantities you work faster and more evenly with a cable tie plier.

Fastening with the closed expansion anchor

The closed expansion-anchor foot fully encloses the mounting anchor and therefore provides extra grip in the drilled hole. That is beneficial in places with vibration or load, where the bundle must stay in place without fail. This foot, too, is fitted without tools.

What is the advantage of a closed expansion anchor?

The closed foot fully encloses the anchor and offers extra grip in the drilled hole, which is beneficial with vibration and varying loads.

Will the cable tie damage my cables?

Not with normal tightening; the wide strap distributes the pressure. Do not tighten the tie more than necessary to protect the insulation of sensitive cables.

Can I reuse the cable tie?

No, the self-locking ratchet closure is permanent and therefore for single use. Cutting is required to remove the strap.
