# Gusseted bags 20cm x 4cm gusset x 50cm, 20my

Wide and long: the 20 x 4 x 50 cm gusseted bag is for large bunches, big loaves and bulky textiles. Since 2007, we have been the go-to wholesaler for gusseted bags for large and bulky products. The LDPE film is transparent and suitable for direct food contact.

## Gusseted bag 20 x 4 x 50 cm, 20 my

### Large in both directions

At 20 cm wide and 50 cm long, this is one of the larger formats. Big bouquets, a pile of folded jumpers, bed linen, duvet covers, sleeping bags, large loaves and bundles of printed matter fit with room to spare.

### Textiles and home goods

For home textiles, the bag keeps the folded item clean and visible. The gusset adds depth, so thick folded items do not strain the side seams. Retailers can display the bag upright on a shelf.

### Bakery and horticulture

Large loaves, long sticks of bread and generous bunches of flowers also fit. The film is suitable for direct food contact and clear, so the product sells itself.

- Close with tape, a clip or a heat sealer.

- Open bag, not resealable.

- Recyclable LDPE.

Measure your product when it is packed or folded: 20 cm width leaves little spare for much thicker piles. With 20 my the film is flexible; for sharper contents, thicker film is stiffer and more resistant to puncturing.

A sample bag filled with your own goods is the quickest way to check whether the 20 cm width gives enough margin.

## Frequently asked questions

### How wide can the contents be?

The width is 20 cm. With the gusset open, the bag holds contents up to a similar width, depending on how they are folded, so test with a sample of your own product.

### Does a duvet fit?

No, this bag is for smaller textile items such as folded jumpers, towels and linen sets. Measure your folded item at its widest and thickest points before you choose.

### Is this bag suitable for bread?

Yes, large loaves and long bread fit and the film is food-safe. Let the bread cool, bag it, then fold the top over and close it with tape, a clip or a heat sealer.

### What closes a wide bag best?

A heat sealer gives a tight closure across the full width; tape and clips are quick alternatives. The bag has no closure of its own and is not resealable.
