# Gusseted bags 10cm x 2.5cm gusset x 25cm, 20my

At 25 cm long and 10 cm wide, this gusseted bag is a practical size for pasta, candles and cables. Since 2007, we have been the go-to wholesaler for gusseted bags in medium-length formats such as 10 x 2.5 x 25 cm. The film is transparent LDPE and suitable for food.

### Between short and long

Some products are too long for a small portion bag but do not need a bag the length of a baguette. This 25 cm length fills that gap. Dry pasta shapes such as penne and macaroni, tapered candles, birthday candles in bulk, pencils, charging cables and small garden tools all fit comfortably.

### Depth from the gusset

The 2.5 cm gusset is only a little deeper than on the 2.25 cm formats, but it makes a difference when you pack loose goods. The bag opens to a clear rectangle, which makes it easy to pour in items such as pasta or sweets and to fold the top shut afterwards.

### Practical tips

- Leave a few centimetres at the top to fold over before closing.

- Close with tape, a clip or a heat sealer; the bag is open and not resealable.

- Choose a thicker film for sharp or pointed goods.

The film is clear, so the content is visible straight away when you check goods. It is suitable for direct food contact, and LDPE can be recycled with other plastic film. A box holds 1000 pieces, which suits regular, repeat packing.

### Is 25 cm long enough for dried pasta?

It holds many short and medium pasta shapes comfortably. For long spaghetti, check the length of your pasta and, if needed, choose a longer bag so you can still fold the top over.

### What is the difference between the 20 cm and 25 cm versions?

They share a width and gusset, but the 25 cm bag is five centimetres longer. That extra length gives more room for longer goods and for folding over the top before you close it.

### Can I pour loose goods into the bag?

Yes. The gusset helps the bag stay open, so loose goods such as pasta or sweets can be poured in. A small funnel or scoop makes the job faster and keeps the edges clean.

### Can candles be packed in these bags?

Yes, tapered and standard candles fit as long as they are shorter than the bag minus the fold-over. Pack them upright, or lay the bag down, so the wicks are not bent.
