What sets this 10 x 4 x 27 cm freezer bag apart is its deep 4 cm gusset. Since 2007, we have been the go-to wholesaler for freezer bags, and this particular size is a favourite with bakers and lunchrooms freezing part-baked rolls, croissants or sausage rolls.

### Plenty of volume on a narrow width

The bag is only 10 cm wide at the front, but the deep side gussets open out into a generous, almost square cross-section once filled. A stack of mini rolls, a few sausages or a portion of puff pastry bites fits inside without stretching the film tight.

### Strong enough for daily use

At 50 micron, the film stands up to crusty bread and angular bakery products. ### What is the advantage of a 4 cm gusset?

A deep gusset gives the bag more capacity without making it any wider. Round or bulky products such as bread rolls therefore fit better than in a flat bag of the same width.

### Can I use these bags for bread that is still warm?

Always let bread cool completely before bagging it. This prevents condensation inside the bag and ice forming on the crust.

### What is the quickest way to close the bag?
