# Tubular netting 100-200mm x 100m - 1 roll orange

## Tubular netting 100-200 mm x 100 m in orange

Where the finer sizes stop, this version begins. The netting stretches from 100 to 200 mm and so encloses goods that no other size in the range can still protect. At 99 grams per metre it is sturdy enough to hold its shape at that girth, and the 100-metre roll comes in the same dispenser box as the smaller versions.

## The largest size in our range

### From ten to twenty centimetres across

Netting that has to span twenty centimetres is under considerably more tension than netting for two. That is why this version is built substantially heavier at almost a hundred grams per metre: thicker strands, a coarser mesh and more material around the product. The result is netting that does not sag when you lift or tilt the item.

### What this size is intended for

Drainage and ventilation ducts, gutters, larger plastic pipes, machine shafts and drive components, rims and wheels, rolled film or carpet, lighting columns and furniture parts. Even on goods that stay upright in transit, the netting keeps the protective layer where it belongs.

## Orange: visible from a distance

Orange is the colour that stands out fastest in a warehouse, especially under artificial light. With large items lying loose on a pallet or in a racking bay that is genuinely useful: from the aisle, staff can see which products are already wrapped and which still need work. On bulky goods that saves searching, and therefore time.

Because the stretch range is so generous, you can also use this netting to bundle a number of smaller articles into one manageable package: a set of pipes, or a bunch of profiles or bars belonging to the same order. The netting holds them together without tape and leaves the individual labels visible. On arrival, the recipient cuts the netting open in a single movement.

## Other protective materials

With large products the netting is rarely used on its own. Protect flat areas with [foam foil](https://www.kortpack.nl/en/protective-and-filling-materials/foam-foil) or [bubble wrap](https://www.kortpack.nl/en/protective-and-filling-materials/bubble-wrap-air-bubble-wrap), vulnerable ends with [corner profiles](https://www.kortpack.nl/en/protective-and-filling-materials/corner-profiles), and for a firm outer layer around long goods use [corrugated cardboard](https://www.kortpack.nl/en/protective-and-filling-materials/corrugated-board) from the roll.

## Frequently asked questions

### Does the netting really stretch to 200 mm?

Yes, that is the upper limit at which it still holds enough tension to stay firmly around the product. It sits tightest around 100 mm; towards 200 mm the mesh opens up, but the protection against rubbing and knocks remains.

### Why does this netting weigh 99 grams per metre?

Because the circumference at this diameter is roughly eight times that of the finest version, so a single metre of netting simply contains more material. That extra mass is also needed to carry the weight of larger products without the mesh stretching out of shape.

### Can I put several products into one piece of netting?

You can, as long as the bundled diameter stays within the stretch range. Lay the items neatly against each other before sliding the netting over them; otherwise there is play and the parts will still shift.

### How many metres do I need per product?

Measure the length of the product and feel free to deduct ten to fifteen per cent, because the netting stretches lengthwise. A 100-metre roll therefore yields roughly 110 pieces for products of one metre.

### My product is wider than 200 mm — what now?

Then it falls outside the range of this version. For wider or flat goods, wrapping with foam foil or corrugated cardboard works better than netting. Tell us what you are packing and we will think along with you.
